Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup sunflower/canola oil
  • 2/3 cup unrefined sugar OR 1/3 cup agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • Cinnamon and nutmeg (to your taste, optional)
  • ½ cup mixed nuts
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds
  • ½ cup dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup Pulsin’ bar chunks (optional)

Readiness

  • Makes 10 – 12 treats.
  • Preheat the stove to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Utilizing a blending dish, crush the banana well with a fork/your hands (ensure they are perfect first however!)
  2. Include the oil and sugar and blend well with a fork
  3. Include the flour, preparing soft drink, salt and any veggie lover powdered zest/enhance you like
