Carrot and beets salad with balsamic sauce

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients for salad:

Ingredients for sauce:

  • 7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar balsamic
  • 1 clove of onion (optional)
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds or pumpkin (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Place carrots and beets in a bowl and mix them. For the preparation of the sauce, add oil, vinegar and garlic (if you use) and mix. One tablespoon of olive oil, heat it on low heat and add seeds only 3 – 4 minutes. At the end of cooking, add soy sauce. Most of the soy sauce will disappear, leaving a salty flavor and a dark brown color. Add the parsley to the beets and carrots and then season with the sauce. Stir, serve and enjoy.

Roast sweet potato with vegetables

Preparation time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 3 packs of red onion, cut
  • 1 lemon
  • 12 cloves garlic
  • 4 bets list
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon mild red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon thyme

Preparation:

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 180ml. Water
  • 225gr. Chocolate (70% dark chocolate)
  • Cubes of ice
  • Icing or cream for decoration

Preparation:

Place the water on low heat and when it is warm, add the chocolate. Place the dish with chocolate sauce with another dish with ice cubes (all in order to cool down faster). Finally, decorate with whipped cream or cream and serve immediately.
