The Best Vegan Burger

If you are a fan of sandwiches, but you are vegan it does not pose any problem. Today, we will present you the best burger ever made.

Ingredients required:

Vegan burger

  • 1 can of red bean (400 gr.)
  • 100 gr. cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 pieces of young onions
  • 1 clove of onion
  • to taste salt, pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cum
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Vegan Aioli sauce

  • 100 gr. Indian Nuts
  • 100-120 ml. water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Guacamole

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • to taste salt, pepper

Marinated purple onions

  • 1 piece of purple onions
  • pistachio salt
  • pistachio sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of water

Other necessary ingredients:

  • 4 burger bars
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tie rod
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 pieces of sweet potatoes
  1.  Drain the bean well from the liquid in the can. Wash with water and squeeze again nicely. Add pre-cooked rice, oil, spices and steam with a hand-held pasator. Add finely chopped onion, grated garlic, bread crumbs, chopped parsley and mix well. With scalded hands, make 4 burgers, place them on a scalded surface and let them stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator. It’s best to make the mixture in the evening, and to create the burgers.
  2. Dip the Indian nuts with boiling water and allow them to stand for 1 hour. Then strain, add the remaining ingredients and blend into Nublettlet to get the consistency of mayonnaise. Add water slowly depending on how thick you want mayonnaise. At the end add chopped parsley and stir. Keep mayonnaise in the refrigerator until use.
  3.  Heat the grill pan and pre-grease with a little oil. Carefully place the burgers and fry in a moderate fire until they begin to darken. Do not overturn them so that they do not decompose, it’s enough once.
  4. Cut the sandwich batters along the length and heat on the grill pan.
  5.  Peel the onions and cut into thin slices. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and water, stir and let it marinate.
  6. Sweet potato peel and cut into thin slices. Fry them in a pan with more oil, in one layer, as for classic chips.
  7. Do the gumakaloto immediately before you make the sandwich. Pour the avocado with a fork and add the remaining ingredients.
  8.  Cut the burger stick (or others to taste) into half and briefly bake on the grill pan. Beat the sauce with sauce and arrange tomatoes, roulas, cucumber, grunge burgundy, gumamol, onion violet onions, sweet potato chips and cover with the second piece of bread.
