Vegan Pudding With chia, Peanut Butter and Turmeric

Simple but tasty breakfast or dessert that is done quickly and easily, and it is a real fuel for your body which at the same time is very tight.


For the dark part

  • 300ml. rice milk
  • 4 tablespoons chia seed
  • 2 tablespoons cider powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey

For the bright part

  • 100gr. peanut butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 50ml. rice milk
  • 3 tablespoons of ground oats
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  1. First, the rice milk and the seeds of chia are combined in a bowl, the mixture is stirred and left for half an hour to stand still.
  2. Then the carob, cocoa and honey are added and the dark cream is ready.
  3.  In the blender we blend the ingredients for the bright part up to a smooth, blended mixture.
  4.  We put the two filets in the cup alternately. We decorate as desired, I sprinkled some coconut.
  5.  Store in a refrigerator.
