Vegan Smoothie With Kiwi, Banana and Coconut oil

If you are looking for an ideal and fast breakfast, and most importantly, if it is to be healthy and full of nutrients, then you are in the right place. Today we present you smoothie of kiwi, banana and coconut oil.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 120 ml. water

Preparation:

  1. The banana (it is best to be mature) and the kivoto are peeled, cut into circles and placed in a glass of blender.
    Coconut oil and water are added with a wooden or plastic spoon.
  2. It blinks for a few seconds and over.
  3. I was satisfied enough from the banana itself, and if it’s not good, add maple or agave syrup, and maybe honey.
